Banana Split Cupcakes....

yellow cake with Neapolitan Ice Cream, Banana Slices, Strawberries, topped with Whipped Cream, hot fudge, and sprinkles!

We did a small dessert table for a baby shower this weekend. A 3 layer 8" cake made of yellow cake and a chocolate ganache filling! Cake pops made of white cake and dipped in white chocolate, then sprinkled with blue and green chocolate. Then of course "It's a Boy" green and blue chocolate lollipops!

Graduation Cupcakes!

Graduation Cupcakes.. chocolate lovers version... Chocolate cupcakes, chocolate frosting, peanut butter cups, chocolate squares and sour belt tassels.

Wedding Cupcakes

These are some of my favorite cupcakes to make! They are fun, simple and elegant. The frosting is a almond buttercream, the cupcake is a chocolate with a baked in chocolate ganache. The flowers are gumpaste.

The Softer Side of Kung Fu Panda

When a 6yr old make a special cake request it is best to do just what they ask for! She wanted Kung Fu Panda and flowers all over. In the end it is a very cute cake, and delicious too!

Bridal Shower/Wedding Cupcakes

Pick a color any color! A chocolate cupcake with a baked in chocolate ganache, frosted with Swiss Meringue. Flowers are fondant.

Volcano Cake

This Volcano won't interrupt your travel plans. This is a Devils Food Cake, covered in a Chocolate Almond butter Cream and the lava is homemade hard candy.
