These are some of my favorite cupcakes to make! They are fun, simple and elegant. The frosting is a almond buttercream, the cupcake is a chocolate with a baked in chocolate ganache. The flowers are gumpaste.

When a 6yr old make a special cake request it is best to do just what they ask for! She wanted Kung Fu Panda and flowers all over. In the end it is a very cute cake, and delicious too!
